D2 Marketing offers onsite staff training courses covering Scotland, Highland and Border regions. The training consists of telephone training, full customer care and account management.

Our recommendation would be a site visit, discussion with key management to establish what you wish to achieve. From this we would then develop a specific package to meet your requirements.

Our aim is normally to develop customer service/sales teams to their full potential enabling them to work within sometimes difficult situations in a more professional manner.

Areas covered can include but are not limited to:

Training is done in a friendly relaxed atmosphere with the tutor acting as part of your team. These courses offer an excellent opportunity to share experiences and best practices; forwarded thinking will not only come from the tutor but encourage your team to share their thoughts and experiences.
